Presentation Skills Coaching Workshop (Two days Virtual on Zoom with Three Options. Available for 4 to 25 students)
Presentation Skills Seminar Coaching Program
Do you want to succeed and advance in your career? If so, presentation and personal presence skills are essential. If you present well in front of an audience and influence your audience to your way of thinking—you will quickly advance in your company or organization. You can outpace those with greater technical knowledge who lack good presentation skills.
Self-development expert Brian Tracy says, “Your ability to communicate with others will account for fully 85% of your success in your business and in your life.” Would you improve your presentation skills if you knew there was an 85% chance it would add to your career? Of course, you would!
Frank DiBartolomeo has helped hundreds of people improve their presentation skills, communication techniques, and personal presence. You’ll receive customized presentation skills that fit your specific personal needs. Your needs are assessed before you attend the course to ensure your maximum value.
As a practicing engineer, Frank understands technical professionals' proclivity is to work with numbers, graphs, and spreadsheets. However, as Brian Tracy says above, this accounts for only 15% of your success in business and your life.
Sitting at your desk and doing your job every day will allow you to keep your job but only contributes 15% toward your advancement. You need to get up from your desk and communicate with others and convince them to your way of thinking.
Zig Ziglar said, “You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help enough other people get what they want.” And the only way to get others what they want is to communicate with them. Improving your presentation skills is like mining a vein of pure gold which is your mind.
If you want to command the room when you speak, if you want to speak with confidence and ease, if you want to influence your audience—Frank DiBartolomeo can help you.
During his lifetime of public speaking as a U.S. Air Force officer, engineer, college adjunct professor, Toastmaster, and entrepreneur, Frank has honed his presentation skills and his ability to help others improve their presentation skills, communication, and personal presence.
He has evaluated and provided constructive and actionable feedback for hundreds of speakers. Through methods acquired from his extensive experience as a systems engineer, Frank determines your in-depth requirements and then designs a customized presentation skills program for you.
In 2002, Toastmasters International awarded Frank the organization's highest individual recognition, Distinguished Toastmaster, for outstanding public speaking and leadership. A large part of this recognition was providing other speakers feedback on what went right in their speeches, what they need to improve, and how to improve it.
Through Frank’s customized presentation program, you will develop the following skills:
> Reduce your fear of presenting to an audience
> Solve your presentation pain points
> Use better listening skills to become a better speaker
> Learn how public speaking adds to your power
> Develop a speech topic

"I first met Frank DiBartolomeo at a National Speakers Association (NSA) Washington DC Chapter Meeting. Over the years, I have been impressed by his drive and determination to become a powerful public speaker and, at the same time, coach others how to speak effectively. His lifetime of public speaking as a U.S. Air Force officer, engineer, and college adjunct professor has given him the skills and experience to start his own speaking business – DiBartolomeo Consulting International (DCI). I appreciate DCI’s mantra, “Helping Technical Professionals Improve Their Presentation Skills, Communication, and Personal Presence” and believe there are many people who can benefit from his coaching and guidance."
Allison Shapira, Founder/CEO of Global Public Speaking, author of Speak with Impact: How to Command the Room and Influence Others, and adjunct lecturer at the Harvard Kennedy School
“As the Dean of the Speaker Academy of the National Speakers Association, Washington, DC (NSA-DC), for several years, I have had the opportunity to work with Frank DiBartolomeo as a Candidate of the Academy and then a Graduate of the Academy. During that time, he displayed extensive public speaking and coaching skills. It became quickly obvious during his Speaker Academy tenure that not only is he a very sophisticated speaker in his own right, he also can help others become better public speakers quickly. His graduation spotlight speech was a brilliant display of the power of speaking. Put yourself on the speaking fast track. Get Frank to coach you to meet your public speaking goals and beyond!”
