Have You Gone Digital?
“It’s not how strongly you feel about your topic, it’s how strongly they feel about your topic after you speak.” – Tim Salladay
Have you ever wondered how trading your time for money is limiting your income. Have you ever wondered is there another way you can live the life you loved ones and you want to live? Have you ever wondered how what it would take to go this other way?
There is an answer to all these questions – Go Digital!
Below I will show you how to stop trading your time for money, how to go digital, and how to live the life you want to live. It is easier than you think.
Stop Trading Your Time for Money
Chances are in the work you do, you are trading your time for money. For those who don’t, congratulations! You have “cracked the code.”
Now I have no idea where you are in life. You could be just starting out after college or in a mid-life career, or looking toward retirement. The beauty of what I am about to tell you is it does not make a difference where you are in life. It works at any point in your life
When you trade your time for your money, you are limiting your income, limiting your options, and limiting your lifestyle.
Have you ever taken an inventory of the knowledge you have accumulated over your career? You may have never thought there are people who want your knowledge and would readily pay for it if presented to them in the right way.
There is a way to do this. It is easier than you think.
Have you ever thought about going digital?
Going Digital
Now what do I mean by going digital?
By going digital I mean taking your considerable knowledge, packaging it in an appealing way, and posting it regularly to the Internet for people to buy. These information products are asynchronous which means people would buy your information product while you sleep. Remember, if you give a live course on the Internet, you are still trading your time for money which will limit your income. Stop trading your time for money!
According to www.statistica.com, almost 4.57 billion people were active internet users as of July 2020, encompassing 59 percent of the global population. If you were able to reach and sell your knowledge to a very small percentage of these people, would you do it?
If you could sell to 0.0001% of that 4.57 Billion people, that would be 4,570 people. Do you believe you could quit your day job if you continually sold to 4,570 people and earn as much or more than you do from your day job? Of course you could!
If you sold a $97.00 course imparting your knowledge to these 4,570 people, that would be $443,290.00 in your pocket.
The real beauty of going digital is the upfront and recurring costs are incredibly low. That is because you are selling your knowledge and not a physical product. As long as you have a way to create your information product, advertise it, and accept payment from customers you are “in the game.”
Millions of people already have stopped trading their time for money, are living the life they and their loved ones want to live, and have the fulfilling feeling of helping others.
So, how do you go digital?
Going Digital is Easier Than You Think
To go digital, do this:
Determine your target market
Create a website to advertise what knowledge you are selling to your target market
Create a payment solution on your website to accept credit card payments (easier to set up than you think)
Use online course software such as Teachable or Kajabi to construct your course covering the knowledge you are selling (there are many more)
Send a series of e-mails to your list heightening their interest
Launch your information product
Market your knowledge products where your target market “hangs out”
Sit back and watch the money roll in
That’s it!
Is there work involved in creating digital courses containing your knowledge? Of course there is. Think about this though. What determines whether you will do something or not do something. You may call it by a different term, but it is the return on your investment.
We already saw above if you sold a $97.00 course to 0.0001% of the 4.57 billion people on the Internet (4,750 people) you would collect $443,290.00!
If I told you that the investment you would have to make to have this become a reality was $10,000.00 or, probably, a fraction of this, would you believe me? Believe me because there are millions of people doing this right now. You could be also!
So, what have we covered?
We have covered how trading your time for money limits your income, how going digital frees you from limited income and gives you the life you want to live, and how easy it is to go digital.
Your limiting beliefs are the only thing holding you back from living the life you want to live.
Life is too short.
